Ok... so it's the day before New Years Eve. We're having a bit of a gathering at my place with some friends so we're all into "preperation" mode... shopping is largely done... a few more beers need to be bought and need the obligatory trip to the butcher this afternoon for steaks and sausages... all a bit boring...

Which means that there is not much of a news/political/sporting crisis developing which I can rant on about...

So here is instead, my wish list for 2004...

1. A "crisis" evolves that results in Howard conceding the Prime Ministership to Peter Costello.
2. Costello is forced to the polls with little prep and he is trounced by Latham resulting in Costello being forever tarnished.
3. That George W Bush is forced into a similar situation and he is exposed for the crook that he is.
4. Michael Jackson gets 15 years for child abuse plus another 5 on top for being such a weirdo

That's about it... I reserve the right to extend this wishlist between now and Dec 31!
